Returns

After you have received your goods, you can return an item to us for a refund, provided you have the 'Order Confirmation' document.

Items must be unopened, unused and returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 14 days (chocolates - 3 days) of receipt of your goods and at your own cost.

Please obtain proof of postage from your post office for all returns in the event of items being lost in transit. You should keep this until you have received your refund or replacement.

Refunds

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.

Refunds will be credited within 30 days from the cancellation of an order.

Gift Vouchers

Please note refunds cannot be given on Gift Voucher purchases. This does not affect your legal rights.

Gift Wrap

If you return a gift wrapped order, we are unable to refund the gift wrap service charge, unless in accordance with your legal rights

Order Cancellation

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods.

To cancel this contract, either telephone or email us, stating the order number and giving your clear instruction that you wish to cancel the order.

Where goods are delivered to a third party (e.g. as a gift) you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered.

If we have already shipped your order, you will need to package the relevant items and send them back to us (Please refer to the Payment & Returns section).

We will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order as soon as possible
