Placing An Order & Payment

Ordering

All orders made by you through the Website are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason.

If the goods you have ordered are not available from stock or supplier we shall contact you via email or telephone and you will have the option to:

• Wait until the goods are available
• Cancel your order within 24 hours of the notication and a refund provided

Please check all details of your order as any incorrect information may cause delay, loss of item and/or additional costs.

Hampers - We required up to 4 working days for our supplier to process your order, please bear this in mind when you place your order and advise us of a delivery date.

Payment

Payment shall be processed by PAYPAL and your statement shall show payee as 'Systemford Limited'. Your account will be debited by Paypal upon receipt of your order.

Please be advised that Paypal does not provide us with any of your card payment details. The only information we shall hold is: notification of payment credited to our account, item(s) purchased, name and address for delivery and any message/instructions.
