All products will be shipped as soon as possible, subject to payment card authorisation and stock availability.

Orders are sent in plain packaging although this may vary with items which are sent direct from the supplier. However, please note that for delivery purposes, a return name & address will/may be shown on the address label.

No prices or invoice will be included in the shipped package although it may contain a despatch note.

If an occasion arises that a parcel may be lost in the post, you must contact us as soon as possible.

Once the goods have been received by you, all risk of damage to, or loss of, the goods shall pass to you. If you intend to cancel your order, you must keep good care of the goods pending their return to us as stated in 'Returns, Refund & Cancellation'.

Chocolates

Delivery charges are included in the price and relate to UK Mainland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Western Islands, Shetlands and Northern Ireland.

Orders will be dispatached direct from the supplier and the majority of these reach their destinations within 5 working days, however, please allow 28 days. All orders are sent by overnight carrier service or Royal Mail (UK. only).

Every reasonable effort is made by the supplier to ensure that delivery times are met. We cannot accept any liability for late deliveries as this is out of our control.

Hampers

4 working days are required to process these orders. Please advise us of a delivery date that you may like and we shall do our best to fulfil that request. Please note that we do not accept any responsibility for delay from any cause which results in delivery being made late.

Standard Delivery will be made by courier Monday-Friday during working hours, also this service does not cover all areas within the UK. For deliveries to: Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles & Isle of Man additional costs apply please see below.

Parcels will require a signature, if the receipient is out a card will be left with instructions to contact the courier. Parcels not delivered within 5 working days are automatically returned and we reserve the right to charge for any redelivery costs. Any delivery problems or redirections arising from incorrect address information supplied will also be charged for. We or our dispatch centre do not accept any responsibility for delay from any cause which results in delivery being made late.

Non-delivery of hamper or damages must be made in writing within 14 days of due delivery date.
